I love the product itself. It wasn’t heavy. It’s easy to hang! My biggest hang up was that the example photo uses the last name “Williams” I hate I didn’t realize it was supposed to read in the plural form. The “The” in the top left corner is small so I didn’t realize it said “The Williams.” My last name is Davis so our sign says “The Davis” instead of “The Davises”. I didn’t realize I was supposed to type it in the plural form. An expensive mistake. I own that I should’ve looked closer, but I would recommend the company using a different last name or more than one example that also uses a last name that would need to be altered to make the most sense! Other than that the sign is beautiful!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this company. I ordered a sign that had our families last name in it with established in 1999. Make sure you ask to see what the proof looks like before you complete your order. It does not give you that option when you ordering . After receiving the sign I realized that the our last name did not have ‘s behind it. I wrote to company explaining what happened, thinking they would offer to make another sign. NOPE .. their solution was to order the exact same sign and they would give be 25% off. My advice, find another company to order from, maybe one that values their customers.
