When I ordered the gym sign the directions said they would automatically include the 's to the last name on the sign. So, I put our last name without the 's. When it shipped, it did not include the 's. I contacted customer service and they responded right away asking for a picture of the sign. I have emailed twice since then and have not heard a word. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Terrible, back and forth with your company trying to fix a misspelling, that your unwilling to do, because it was my bad, but no one reached out to me to say hey is Csmp what you really want, or is it Camp, offering me 50% off, is insulting, just a way to capture more money from me, instead of just doing the right thing, so I’m out the money I spent. I’m just going to throw that piece in the garbage.

The item is decent and met expectations - their customer "service" is non-existent. This item was a Birthday gift and the Birthday was beyond the latest in-hands date provided when contemplating ordering. The item shipped and arrived late. The dialogue with the customer "service" agent was beyond bad - no "I'm sorry" or "we apologize for the inconvenience". Basically - "yes you are correct we did ship it late and you will get it late - have a great day!" When I asked for a Supervisor none was provided nor any follow-up when I requested one. A company is only as good as their processes and people and I would strongly recommend going with another provider that is more customer centric.
