Once the package arrived it was very professionally packaged. It was exactly what I expected. Great canvas and came out fantastic. They will send you a picture of what your design will look like before it's sent off to print. That alone speaks that they care for their customers and want them to be 100% happy with their canvas. I have already packed my picture to mail. It turned our as requested they stayed in contact although I assumed the picture would be larger. On the visuals they show the sizes that they in comparison to the couch size makes pictures seem larger.

The item is exactly what we wanted, and ordered. The face was perfect, although the hole in the reverse of the carton did cause some anxious moments. The puncture actually pierced the black backing. Thankfully it did npt affect the face.
