The turnaround time for orders varies depending on the season. Order processing on ordinary days (excluding holidays) is within 2 to 3 business days since you have approved your proof. However, on peak seasons (including holidays), you may experience a slightly longer processing time of about 3 to 5 business days due to a high volume of orders.
If you received a damaged/wrong parcel, contact us immediately at Support@tailoredcanvases.com. Take a clear photo showing the damage to the product (i.e., missing installation hooks, a puncture in the canvas, dents on the frame, etc.) and attach it to your email, and we will print a replacement immediately with no extra cost.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If for any reason you wish to cancel, please send us an email at Support@tailoredcanvases.com to cancel your order. we cannot guarantee approval for cancellations submitted 24 hours after your order is confirmed.
