    Yes, of course! we will send you a proof for your approval in no longer than 24 hours after placing your order. The proof will be sent to your provided email that we have on file.
    Anything under the sun! We can create anything you want and modify it however you want it to look. Please put any special requests you might have at the special requests form above. And don't worry! after sending the proof you will have the option to ask any revision you might have in mind.
    The turnaround time for orders varies depending on the season. Order processing on ordinary days (excluding holidays) is within 2 to 3 business days since you have approved your proof. However, on peak seasons (including holidays), you may experience a slightly longer processing time of about 3 to 5 business days due to a high volume of orders.

        The last name is “Cisneros”. There should not be an apostrophe. I only wanted the name “Cisneros” on the canvas. That is how I typed it on the order. I have emailed and a representative from this company said I needed to send a picture of the canvas so they could see the issue I had described. I have sent her a reply email 2 times now with a picture and have no reply back from customer service as to what they will do to make things right yet. Her email stated she would reply to me within 24-48 hours of me replying back with said picture. I have purchased 3 other canvases prior and have never had this problem. I hope they make things right.
