    The turnaround time for orders varies depending on the season. Order processing on ordinary days (excluding holidays) is within 2 to 3 business days since you have approved your proof.           I bought the painting thinking it was turquoise which is how it looked to me online. I did not request a custom ordered one. When it arrived it was green, not turquoise so it doesn’t match with my bedroom decor. I was told it can’t be returned and I could have the picture custom done in turquoise color for 25% off so I would be paying an additional 75% for the picture. I don’t want to pay almost double. I could understand if it was personalized but I ordered it directly how it was on the site. So…I plan to sell this one somehow and just look for something elsewhere to fill that empty space currently on my bedroom wall.
