The quality of this canvas is unbelievable. The customer service is great when I was able to speak to Ronnie. When I emailed I kept getting the same response from on of their reps. Not sure if they pay some outside agency to work this but if that’s the case they need to seriously find someone else. I did get very frustrated because I was very detailed in what I wanted and when I would get a response days later it didn’t even address my questions in the email I sent. So I would then send another email trying to be even more detailed. And I’d like to note this wasn’t a complicated question. I then waited a few days and would get the exact same response. So I then emailed again and stated if not sure where the disconnect is but I’m sick of not getting my concerns addressed and receiving the same response over and over again. I finally decided to call the 24/7 customer service number around 2am and was unable to get anyone so I left a message. Ronnie did call me back first thing in the morning the next day. I missed her call and wasn’t able to call her back until around midnight that night. She answered immediately and was more than accommodating and helpful. If only I could have gotten her assistance to begin with. So I do highly recommend their products. They are unbelievably worth every penny! You won’t find this quality for the their price anywhere.
