It was ordered for Father’s Day and read reviews that it would be there in time. I had to reach out to the company 5 times to get updates and responses and it came nearly 40 days later. Very delayed and not the design I requested. The R and A on the bottom have white through the holes while the rest doesn’t. I was asked to review and it didn’t look like that. It took far too long and after it said it was being sent to production I had to follow up a week later and got a response saying please review and we will send to production. Terrible service and was really looking forward to surprising my husband and instead it was very late and very disappointing. Would recommend against anyone using this company. I had such high hopes, with good reviews. I would send it back if I could but it’s custom. Embarrassed to display.
