    Yes, of course! we will send you a proof for your approval in no longer than 24 hours after placing your order. The proof will be sent to your provided email that we have on file.
    Anything under the sun! We can create anything you want and modify it however you want it to look. Please put any special requests you might have at the special requests form above. And don't worry! after sending the proof you will have the option to ask any revision you might have in mind.
    The turnaround time for orders varies depending on the season. Order processing on ordinary days (excluding holidays) is within 2 to 3 business days since you have approved your proof. However, on peak seasons (including holidays), you may experience a slightly longer processing time of about 3 to 5 business days due to a high volume of orders.
    If you received a damaged/wrong parcel, contact us immediately at Support@tailoredcanvases.com. Take a clear photo showing the damage to the product (i.e., missing installation hooks, a puncture in the canvas, dents on the frame, etc.) and attach it to your email, and we will print a replacement immediately with no extra cost.

        I was looking for the perfect gift for my husband's Studio room . I ordered the personalized canvas for his Bday. ITs so and he absolutely loved it. The whole order process and communication was painless. Im so happy with this purchase

        I can’t believe all of the positive reviews for TailoredCanvases. Apparently, I’m the single person that had a bad experience with them. Or, maybe the folks that had the same problems as I did, simply choose not to submit a review? Dealing with this guy (or company - I can’t tell which) has been an exercise in patience and frustration from the beginning. I’ve done a LOT of work with Etsy and Fiverr folks. My expectations are fair, reasonable and based on experience. I’ve never had such a poor seller experience before.

        7 weeks after my initial order, I still don’t have a picture to hang on the wall. Every single communication had to be initiated by me (usually 3-7 days after he’s “going to get back to me”) starting with the initial order. 6 days after payment, I still hadn’t heard anything from them. 3 minor modifications took 14 days and in the middle of that, I received a shipping notification before I had even approved anything. Once approved, it took another 12 days to actually ship. It then arrived damaged (creased and bent from top to bottom) due to very inadequate and light weight packaging. I immediately took pictures and contacted them. I was told that it would be replaced and another shipping date was given but it never actually shipped. I’ve had to continue inquiries while he “checks status” never to be followed with an actual reply. That was 21 days ago and I’ve now given up. I guess I won’t be receiving what I paid for. Sad and ridiculous.
