FAQ

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Orders typically take about 2-3 bussiness days to get personally tailored, crafted and shipped 
  • All Tailored Canvases orders are custom made and printed-on-demand individually when you order.  In other words, we don't have boxes of products ready-to-ship.  This allows us to add personalization to items or customize as you want.
  • Orders can take up to 1-4 Business days to arrive once shipped for USA domestic orders.  Canada orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you need your order sooner for an event or as a gift, please reach out to customer service and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on time. 
  • We are currently using UPS as our Delivery Service. They may be experiencing Service Impacts due to the Coronavirus & other conditions beyond their control. You can get updates here.

Important note 

  • Please confirm your personalization is 100% correct when you place your order - these orders cannot be changed 24 hours after order is placed!
  • If in any reasons that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt and we will do our best to provide the best solution that we can give.

How can I track my order? 

  • You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.
  • Please review the emailed receipt we send after each order is placed to see the most up-to-date processing times. 

I received a damaged parcel, what should I do?

  • In case you received a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately. We guarantee to send you a replacement, however, since the damage happened while in transit we cannot grant any refund request as it is UPS responsibility.
