  2. Arbitration
    Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service (including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination) shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the Israeli Arbitration Institute. The seat or place of arbitration shall be Tel Aviv, Israel, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  3. No Class Actions
    All claims and disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration against Tailored Canvases LTD.

  4. Frivolous or Malicious Claims
    Claims determined to be frivolous, malicious, or otherwise brought in bad faith may be dismissed by the arbitrator, and the claimant may be liable for Tailored Canvases LTD’s legal fees and costs.

16. SEVERABILITY
