Refund Policy

At TailoredCanvases your happiness as a customer is important to us, so all of our products come with a 90 Day 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase within 90 days of receiving it, we will gladly replace or exchange the item.

Broken Or Damaged Item Policy

  • If any item arrives broken or damaged, please send a picture to support@tailoredcanvases.com with the order number so that we can replace the item at our cost.

Cancellation Policy

Because all of our products are printed on demand, we operate under the following cancellation limitations:

  • Customized Canvases
    Orders for customized canvases may be cancelled and refunded within the first 24 hours of purchase, unless the customer has reviewed the design preview and requested revisions within that timeframe. 

  • Non-Customized Canvases
    Orders for non-customized canvases cannot be cancelled once they have been sent to production, which typically occurs shortly after the order is placed.

We appreciate your understanding, as each canvas is created specifically for your order.

Return Policy

  • Understandably, because all of our products are personalized or made to order (printed on demand) and can not be re-used, we do not accept returns. What we can do is send you a new, personalized product, in case an error was made on our end.


When will my order ship?

We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, and as soon as your order comes through, we go straight to work.

First, we process the order — we do the nitty-gritty backend stuff and prep the pieces needed to print your item.

Second, we print. We make every item to order, so sometimes this step might take a couple days, depending on volume.

The bottom line: We want to get you the best quality product, and make sure everything is just how you want it. From there, we package your order with love and send it on its way.

A tracking number will be provided so you can track your package as many times per day as you wish once the item is processed and shipped.

Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. We are currently using UPS/FedEx as our Delivery Service. They may be experiencing Service Impacts beyond their control. You can get updates here. 

Due to stock issues or quality issues some products or colors of products take longer. 

 

How do you handle returns?

  • As the canvases are either personalized or made to order (printed on demand) and can not be re-used, we do not accept returns.

 

I received a damaged parcel, what should I do?

  • In case you received a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately. We guarantee to send you a replacement, however, since the damage happened while in transit we cannot grant any refund request as it is the courier's responsibility.
