  • 1. How much do you charge for shipping?

    We offer FREE SHIPPING via UPS Ground, our trusted delivery service, across the United States. 

  • 2. How long does it take to receive my order?

    • Orders typically take about 2-3 bussiness days to get personally tailored, crafted and shipped 
    • All Tailored Canvases orders are custom made and printed-on-demand individually when you order.  In other words, we don't have boxes of products ready-to-ship.  This allows us to add personalization to items or customize as you want.
    • Orders can take up to 1-4 Business days to arrive once shipped for USA domestic orders.  Canada orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you need your order sooner for an event or as a gift, please reach out to customer service and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on time. 

    IMPORTANT NOTE: 

    • Please confirm your personalization is 100% correct when you place your order - these orders cannot be changed 24 hours after order is placed!
    • If in any reasons that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt and we will do our best to provide the best solution that we can give.

  • 3. How can I track my order?

    • You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.
    • Please review the emailed receipt we send after each order is placed to see the most up-to-date processing times.

    Anything under the sun! We can create anything you want and modify it however you want it to look. Please specify your design based on your preferred color, style, text, image inclusions, etc. 


    You can request for a preview/proof of your design to ensure that it is 100% correct before we send it to production. Please note that we do not accept any alteration requests 24 hours after your order is confirmed.

  • 6. Can I see a preview of my order before production?

    Yes, of course! The preview of your personalized design does not send automatically. But you can indicate your request for proof in the “Special Requests” field box on the product page before adding your preferred design to the cart.


    Kindly allow us at least 24 hours to send a preview of your finalized design to your provided email that we have on file.

  • 7. How much does it cost to add personalization?
