HOW LONG IS THE ORDER PROCESS?
The turnaround time for orders varies depending on the season.

However, on peak seasons (including holidays), you may experience a slightly longer processing time of about 3 to 5 business days due to a high volume of orders.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED / WRONG PARCEL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you received a damaged/wrong parcel, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Take a clear photo showing the damage to the product (i.e., missing installation hooks, a puncture in the canvas, dents on the frame, etc.) and attach it to your email, and we will print a replacement immediately with no extra cost.
