This particular photo was taken at Christmas last year. It was such a fun Christmas. The photo was meant to be like an artist had done it, or I think that was the information given.
All I see on this one is the background has been redone as if an artist and done the work. But something happened with my chubby face. It looks like it was whitewashed and has spots on me. I'm not sure what could be done. I just know it doesn't really look that great.

How long is the order process?
The turnaround time for orders varies depending on the season. Order processing on ordinary days (excluding holidays) is within 2 to 3 business days since you have approved your proof. However, on peak seasons (including holidays), you may experience a slightly longer processing time of about 3 to 5 business days due to a high volume of orders.
I received a damaged/wrong parcel, what should I do?
If you received a damaged/wrong parcel, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Take a clear photo showing the damage to the product (i.e., missing installation hooks, a puncture in the canvas, dents on the frame, etc.) and attach it to your email, and we will print a replacement immediately with no extra cost.
How can I cancel my order?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If for any reason you wish to cancel, please send us an email at [email protected] to cancel your order. we cannot guarantee approval for cancellations submitted 24 hours after your order is confirmed.
