As far as the item itself I was mostly pleased and so was my husband. I ordered this as a Christmas gift for him and the shipping process was not good. It said shipping label created for about 10 days. So it seemed as thought the USPS never received the item to even ship to us. So of course I did a lot of investigating and went back and forth with the company. I had paid quite a bit of money for this as I had bought one of the larger sizes. I wanted it to be a statement piece on our wall that my husband would love. After much back and forth with the company / customer service the item was shipped out. Of course it did not arrive in time for Christmas since there was the issue with the shipping. But after taking care of the problem the company did ship FedEx which made it finally arrive quickly once it was actually shipped to us. I do understand that things happen and even though we had to go through a lot to get it here they did try to correct the issue with the faster shipping.
Once the product did arrive we were mostly happy with it. The only thing that I see that does not look good it the weird placing of the distressing. One of the distressed spots makes it look like there is a dirty spot on one of the cows back. I understand that it is supposed to have the distressed look to it but the spot should be somewhere else. Maybe try to correct this in the future.
