Yes, of course! we will send you a proof for your approval in no longer than 24 hours after placing your order. The proof will be sent to your provided email that we have on file.
Anything under the sun! We can create anything you want and modify it however you want it to look. Please put any special requests you might have at the special requests form above. And don't worry! after sending the proof you will have the option to ask any revision you might have in mind.
The turnaround time for orders varies depending on the season. Order processing on ordinary days (excluding holidays) is within 2 to 3 business days since you have approved your proof. However, on peak seasons (including holidays), you may experience a slightly longer processing time of about 3 to 5 business days due to a high volume of orders.
If you received a damaged/wrong parcel, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Take a clear photo showing the damage to the product (i.e., missing installation hooks, a puncture in the canvas, dents on the frame, etc.) and attach it to your email, and we will print a replacement immediately with no extra cost.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If for any reason you wish to cancel, please send us an email at [email protected] to cancel your order. we cannot guarantee approval for cancellations submitted 24 hours after your order is confirmed.
