    Yes, of course! we will send you a proof for your approval in no longer than 24 hours after placing your order. The proof will be sent to your provided email that we have on file.
    Anything under the sun! We can create anything you want and modify it however you want it to look. Please put any special requests you might have at the special requests form above. And don't worry! after sending the proof you will have the option to ask any revision you might have in mind.
    The turnaround time for orders varies depending on the season. Order processing on ordinary days (excluding holidays) is within 2 to 3 business days since you have approved your proof. However, on peak seasons (including holidays), you may experience a slightly longer processing time of about 3 to 5 business days due to a high volume of orders.
    If you received a damaged/wrong parcel, contact us immediately at Support@tailoredcanvases.com. Take a clear photo showing the damage to the product (i.e., missing installation hooks, a puncture in the canvas, dents on the frame, etc.) and attach it to your email, and we will print a replacement immediately with no extra cost.
    Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.         So this company came up as add on my Instagram, I never heard of them, but liked the canvas I saw, never went to their website, just did it all through Instagram. I’m not going to say horrible things, but customer service is not what it use to be. It took them over a month of emails trying to approve my canvas. They never responded to my DISAPPROVALS and sent wrong canvas anyway. After another month they finally approved it and sent the correct canvas at no charge. Canvas is nice, it’s customized and will go up on the wall. Not sure I would use them again but was happy they sent right canvas.

        They sent my print with out approval (the preview seems to have got lost in junk mail). I reached out to customer service 10 days ago without reply. The quality seems good, but the print isn’t what I wanted.
