    Yes, of course! we will send you a proof for your approval in no longer than 24 hours after placing your order. The proof will be sent to your provided email that we have on file.
    Anything under the sun! We can create anything you want and modify it however you want it to look. Please put any special requests you might have at the special requests form above. And don't worry! after sending the proof you will have the option to ask any revision you might have in mind.
    The turnaround time for orders varies depending on the season. Order processing on ordinary days (excluding holidays) is within 2 to 3 business days since you have approved your proof. However, on peak seasons (including holidays), you may experience a slightly longer processing time of about 3 to 5 business days due to a high volume of orders.
    If you received a damaged/wrong parcel, contact us immediately at Support@tailoredcanvases.com. Take a clear photo showing the damage to the product (i.e., missing installation hooks, a puncture in the canvas, dents on the frame, etc.) and attach it to your email, and we will print a replacement immediately with no extra cost.
    Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If for any reason you wish to cancel, please send us an email at Support@tailoredcanvases.com to cancel your order. we cannot guarantee approval for cancellations submitted 24 hours after your order is confirmed.

          They went out of their way to personalize my canvas to what I was really looking for, a house that resembled ours. My husband even commented that it looked like our house. Thank you so much. BTW, bigger pictures were put up to replace the smaller ones.

          We had a big blank area in the living room where our vault ceiling was. After looking and discussing what to do with that space my husband found these signs and it had been the perfect addition! The customization was wonderful, shipping was really fast and the quality is really nice. Everyone thinks it’s wood or metal and we say it’s canvas they can’t believe the good quality! We are very happy!
