    Yes, of course! we will send you a proof for your approval in no longer than 24 hours after placing your order. The proof will be sent to your provided email that we have on file.
    Anything under the sun! We can create anything you want and modify it however you want it to look. Please put any special requests you might have at the special requests form above. And don't worry! after sending the proof you will have the option to ask any revision you might have in mind.
    The turnaround time for orders varies depending on the season. Order processing on ordinary days (excluding holidays) is within 2 to 3 business days since you have approved your proof. However, on peak seasons (including holidays), you may experience a slightly longer processing time of about 3 to 5 business days due to a high volume of orders.
    If you received a damaged/wrong parcel, contact us immediately at Support@tailoredcanvases.com. Take a clear photo showing the damage to the product (i.e., missing installation hooks, a puncture in the canvas, dents on the frame, etc.) and attach it to your email, and we will print a replacement immediately with no extra cost.
    Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If for any reason you wish to cancel, please send us an email at Support@tailoredcanvases.com to cancel your order. we cannot guarantee approval for cancellations submitted 24 hours after your order is confirmed.

          It actually looks better in the picture. The photos have a wood like look to it. In person it doesn’t.

          Very disappointed. I received my order in a flimsy box, with nothing but a plastic bag protecting it. It had multiple scuff marks throughout the canvas, along with warping around the edges. I immediately sent an email to customer support and received no response. So emailed again, and still nothing. I bought this as a Christmas gift, with the intentions of ordering more after the holidays.... but I will be looking for another company now. Had they answered my email's and offered to make it right, I wouldn't feel like I was ripped off.

          Service was impeccable. I could not tell which style was what from the web site. Every ounce of care was taken to insure I understood the styles. I received several drafts until I ultimately chose the one I loved. Delivery was swift. And the icing on the cake is that my husband LOVES it! You can put any wording you want on the canvas. There is so much opportunity to be creative. Highly recommend! You will love everything about Tailored Canvases. Great company. Now I need to find something for my beach house!

          I would share a picture but I'm remodeling my mountain man cave and it will be the last thing to go up! It's great and I'm making it the focal point of the living room.
