All of our orders are printed and shipped from our facility in Orlando, Florida.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our smart dynamic routing system will automatically assign your order to the closest facility with a 1-3 days of delivery time once shipped.
The items are customized print on demand only after you purchase them so please allow 1-3 days for production as well.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to the email you used when checking out.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you're not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days of receiving your product, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date.
Item must be in the same condition as you received it.

Once we process your refund, it will take 2-3 days to process through to your bank.
