    Yes, of course! we will send you a proof for your approval in no longer than 24 hours after placing your order. The proof will be sent to your provided email that we have on file.
    Anything under the sun! We can create anything you want and modify it however you want it to look. Please put any special requests you might have at the special requests form above. And don't worry! after sending the proof you will have the option to ask any revision you might have in mind.
    The turnaround time for orders varies depending on the season. Order processing on ordinary days (excluding holidays) is within 2 to 3 business days since you have approved your proof. However, on peak seasons (including holidays), you may experience a slightly longer processing time of about 3 to 5 business days due to a high volume of orders.
    If you received a damaged/wrong parcel, contact us immediately at Support@tailoredcanvases.com. Take a clear photo showing the damage to the product (i.e., missing installation hooks, a puncture in the canvas, dents on the frame, etc.) and attach it to your email, and we will print a replacement immediately with no extra cost.
    Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.           Terrible experience with this company. I will not purchase from them again. I never received a proof email of the design, the product shows up 2-3 weeks after I order it and it’s COMPLETELY wrong.

          Notice in the picture at the top that it says the lake is in Lac Du Flambeau, WI…well, the designer used a lake from Oklahoma and thought that would be correct.

          I’ve contacted customer service 4 times without any answers and now they do not return my calls.

          I’ve dealt with a LOT of custom order companies over the years and have never had these types of issues.

          In a world where we can “vote” with our dollars and everyone is fighting for business, choose wisely and do not spend your money here.

          Exactly what we wanted. We went back and forth with the design team. Switched to landscape. Replaced the oars with a boat with a wakeboard tower. Looks great in our vacation home entryway. Thanks Tailored Canvases!

          I love my Memoria Lake House picture. The people at Wall Art were so accommodating with my information and changes that I requested. I was shocked how they uploaded my area map and the information about the lake. This is a very special art piece for me, I worked very hard for this property and hanging my picture affirms my efforts. Thank you!
